PRESIDENT Steve Collier possesses 20+ years directly in HR and assumed his role as Director of HR with BWI, Inc. in March, 2006.  He has a BA in Biology and Political Science from Rice University, closely followed by a MS in Industrial Engineering from Texas A & M University, College Station.  Steve has been happily married to his wife, Patty for 28 years, and are proud parents of three children. PRESIDENT ELECT Carol Trumble, has worked with the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce for 6 years.  She serves in the capacity of Community Development Director.  Carol is responsible for business education programs, industry appreciation events, the Texarkana Business Expo, and miscellaneous additional events.  Phone:  (903)792-7191.

IMMEDIATE PAST PRESIDENT & DIRECTOR OF LEGAL AFFAIRS Louise Tausch has 15 years of experience in HR; Five as Personnel Director with Atchley, Russell, Waldrop & Hlavinka (where she also is a partner) plus ten years handling Labor & Employment litigation. She possesses a BA from Baylor University and her Juris doctorate degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Louise is licensed to practice law in both Texas as well as Arkansas.  She currently participates with the Texas, Northeast Texas, and Arkansas Bar Associations, State Bar of Texas; Texas Association of Defense Counsel; Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel.  Louise is a Fellow, Texas Bar Foundation; Board member of Habitat for Humanity of Texarkana, Inc.
